Trip Overview
Nine days from Delhi, with Yamunotri from Barkot, then Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. The first night skips Haridwar and goes straight towards Barkot so you gain a day on the western side. Vehicle, rooms and temple-entry help stay with us; you keep the walking and the queues.
Day Wise Plan
Leave Delhi and roll via Haridwar and Mussoorie towards Barkot. It is a long plains-to-hills day; carry water and a light meal. Barkot halt till dawn.
Motor to Janki Chatti, then trek, pony or palki to Yamunotri Temple. Come down after darshan. Halt overnight at Barkot.
Move along the Bhagirathi into Uttarkashi. Evening visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the bazaar. Uttarkashi rooms till dawn.
Climb to Gangotri, take Maa Ganga darshan, and return the same day. Back in Uttarkashi by nightfall.
Long transfer towards Guptkashi through the Mandakini catchment. Arrive and rest; Kedarnath is next. Settle in Guptkashi for the night.
Pre-dawn start for Sonprayag, then trek, pony or optional helicopter to Kedarnath. Darshan, then the same-day descent. Base yourself in Guptkashi overnight.
Take the Joshimath corridor into Badrinath. Temple visit, then evening aarti if the line still moves. Badrinath rooms after aarti.
Optional extra darshan at first light, then the long drop via Joshimath, Rudraprayag, Devprayag and Rishikesh. Haridwar halt after the descent.
Breakfast in Haridwar, then the highway back to Delhi. Drop at your agreed point; the nine-day run stops here.
